I have called ATT on December 16, 2009 regarding the charges on my previous account when I was charged $200 for the technician's visit in conflict with the promised free installation. I was told by an ATT rep that he can fix the problem if I commit to a new agreement, what I did. I was repeatedly told by him that I will get a refund ant there will be no technician's charge for a new upgraded connection and I will even get better speed at a lower $45/month price.
