I had a need for 3 items to get repair. My washer my stove and my refrigerator. The washer and stove rep from sears came out and perform their job and they were paid but the refrigerator repairman under appointment#84573503 missed the initial appointment and he showed up the next day and stated that he couldn't do the repair because there was ice in the back of the refrigerator and he wanted to get paid for dispatching out and doing nothing.
