they called me and asked me to try the product. The shipping cost was small and I said yes. I kept calling and they told me that they were backed up in shipping but the product had been released they were going to push out my trial date. I made numerous calls and finally they said it got shipped out and gave me a tracking #. The number was a real tracking number for usps only problem was it was for a shipment that was sent out april 26 and stuck at a sorting facility since April 28.
