I canceled my membership in October of 2007 after my 1 year contract was up. I was told that everything was handled. I was billed the following month. I called and was told it would be taken care of. Just in case, I filed a dispute with my bank. At the time, they were using Apex for billing, they changed to ABC Financial and I was billed in November for another month.
