bought the famous buy three tires get a rebate for the fourth tire. week later got a phone call from pepboys saying the tires i bought didnt qualify for rebate .Irvine tx store went three days later to Harlengen Tx pepboys for airconditioner work was charged for evaporator block and clogged tube to be cut cleaned and rebrazed. never happened . had emergency brake pads replaced.
