its has been over 8 weeks since I started the claim to fix my a/c unit . They never call me to let me know what is going on. I just called again 05/25/2010 to find out that the equipment they ordered is no longer availible. but they were working on getting it replaced. I just finished reading 12 complaints from other home owners with simular problems with this company.
