On April 23, 2010 I was charged $58.98 for a service I did not request.I entered your website to find out wy I had lost Norton on my new laptop.The rep. walked me through the steps and then tried selling me additional protection. I advised him that I did not want any sdditional protection at this time and was satisfied with the basic norton.On my credit card statement I was charged for Norton$52.49 plus a charge for DRI*SYMANTECMYORD.COM/SYMMN.My credit card co. has credited the $58.98 I was charged to my account.I, m just wandering wy I was charged this fee. read full review »
