I have a Kenmore Elite Bottom Freezer Refrigerator (Model 795.7835#. It was purchased at the Sears in Eden Prairie, MN in April of 2009. Less than 1 year later, it could no longer keep the contents cold. (Our ice cream was soup.) We called Sears Home Repair, & since it was under warranty, they said they'd fix it, but here's what happened:The 1st guy came to fix it.
