I recently ordered internet service at my home. TWC internet site indicates that 1. order free modem, 2. call for installation. What they don't tell you after you have placed your order, is that you will pay for shipping and handling of the modem, which can be supplied free of charge by TWC. They are in a deceptive marketing partnership with motorola to sell modems. The installation person shows up and asks why i did this... I showed him the instructions from TWC web sit. Now I have to send the modem back and pay additional shipping charges. read full review »
