This review is a follow up to numerous phone calls to Sears on 1/26/10 and a letter to the CEO, Bruce Johnson on 1/28/10. In response to a printed ad for Samsung televisions for the week of January 24 thru January 30, I learned that the advertised TV was not available, none could be located in the entire Sears network, and because this particular TV was a "closeout" nothing could be done.
