I ordered a towel warmer on Dec 5 as a Christams gift. When there was no sign of it by Dec 14, I e-mailed and was told it would be here mid Jan. No one had bothered to let me know. Then by 20 January it still had not arrived. I sent a total of 8 e-mails, and left 7 voice mail messages. NO-one contacted me. I was desperate.
