I will never do business with the Orchard Bank MasterCard services again. They have withdrawn more money out of my checking account than I actually owe and it will take them two months to issue me a refund and there is nothing else they can possibly do about it. Everything is so difficult with them and you can't understand a word that the customer service representatives say. I have had the account for three years and have excellent payment history as far as they are concerned but will not raise my credit limit by even $100 dollars. Never... read full review »
