DO NOT SHOP HERE! At least not the one on 5th Ave. This past weekend I went to the store on 97 5th Avenue and had the worst experience ever. We had terrible customer service but I decided to still buy a pair of boots. BIG MISTAKE. The salesperson was extremely rude and when I got home, there was only one shoe in the box. I did not get upset because everyone makes mistakes. When I called the store back, instead of apologizing, the salesgirl accused me of trying to steal a single shoe.
