We had financial problem in 2009 and had to have Chase give us extension agreement so we could keep our only car. Now that the loan has restarted we are still being charged late fees and returned check fees Etc. I tried to talk to them today 05/26/10 they said they have every legal right to do so and than we have never paid on time which is in correct. I tried to talk to first customer rep and he told me i was wrong several times and then hung up on me.
