I was forwarded an e-mail from NH Unemployment that Grant Approval Network might provide services useful to me. Since one of the areas of information was for starting a business, I filled in their form (name, address, phone #) and gave them $1.95 using a credit card for what I understood was for a package of information but it turns out it was for a 10-day trial period and I had authorized them to bill my credit card $79.81/month.
