All I wanted to do was change my bank account information with sallie mae for our sons student loan that comes out of our checking account each month. I tried to log in, but I guess I forgot my password or something. No big deal right? That's easily fixed, right? wrong... I was trying to fix this little thing for an hour this morning. I was told I would have a new password and log in, in a few minutes, that was 6 hours ago.
