I am having a very bad experience with ENTERPRISE. Now I have no doubt they totally blame customers for their own faults and make customers pay for the damages caused by whoever earlier. I recently had to rent a car from then, that had a small dent on passenger side, but the rep told me it is considered minor wear and tear. Very next day, my own car was fixed so around 4:00 I returned the rental car to enterprise.
