Picked out furniture at Waco Store. Had to wait for delivery to distribution center. Husband pickup sofa and brought home.. unwrapped and found tear in back. Called store, talked with person who sold me furnitre, he said everthing would be taken care of. They had to order another couch. Couch arrived today, per delivery truck...not wrapped in truck.. found leather coming apart ont he bottom. and scaring of the leather on the back..Informed delivery people to take it all back to distribution center...I did not want to keep poor quality furniture and poor quality control in the system... read full review »
