I got a phone message that DHL had a package for me. No phone number to call back, and the person that took the message wrote down the tracking number wrong. It took me three days of calling multiple numbers to find the person who had called me and why. No attempt from DHL to ever contact me again. And when I finally got through they wanted me to pay storage fees for the extra days and pay $20 to do customs paperwork. Isn't customs paperwork part of international shipping?
