Had custom built cabinets from Kraftmade that cost almost $9000. After installing and inspection, we noticed that the finish had what appeared to some foreign particulets under the finish (possiblye saw dust). The fisnish was extremely rough in many places, and the wood had large knots and imperfections and goughes. We complained to Lowes, the distributor, and they sent a factor rep to exam the doors (13 out of 15 were unsatisfactory).
