Direct TV must be on there way out because their service is putrid. I own a rental property on which Direct TV installed a dish WITHOUT my permission! I was on hold for 18 minutes before I was disconnected. The next time was over 20 minutes. I was finally able to talk to a "supervisor" who told me that they didn't need my permission to drill holes in MY property and put their dish on MY roof. They state that the dish is not their property. An attorney says otherwise. Comcast has just to connect a cable and they would not do it without my permission.
