I HAD been dealing with BOA for years without problems, bills paid on time or paid off early. I have taken loans out with them and paid them off over a year in advance. I took out a loan with them which was supposed to be 9.99%, instead, (this latest loan) was being charged 22%, quite a difference, agree? I called BOA and asked them if they had made a mistake and they told me, NO, that was what the rate was that was quoted to me, like anyone with a sound mind would take a loan out at that robbery price.
