Over three weeks ago I dropped off a racquetball racquet to be restrung at the Dick's Sporting Goods in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (Carlisle Pike address). I have continually called over the past three weeks to find out the status of the restringing and have consistantly gotten personel who do not know and said someone would be getting back to me, but never did.
