I don't know anything about this product. I noticed a charge on my Master card. I called this phone number and was told that I could not have a refund but after a heated discussion, I was given a New York address to request a refund. In addition there was a charge from Slim Library E book the same day. Did any one have luck in getting direct information on getting a refund? read full review »
