the same thing has happend to me regarding this company. I too was told all I had to do was cancel my membership within 10 days and I would not be charged anything else. They make it impossible to cancel your membership as they say you can not cancel with an e mail but when you finally get someone on the phone they say you can not cancel over the phone and that you must e mail!
