They allowed a CHECK CARD charge to go through on my account when there were funds clearly NOT available. This has caused my account to go severely in the red. I took the money out of my account so this charge would NOT got through, but it did and they found LOTS of ways to charge the UAF and NSF fees. They say they did NOTHING wrong and federal regulations state that they can approve check card purchases even when the funds are not available.
