Leaders salesrep apparently gave a lot of false information to entice me to enter into an agreement with them. I was told that I had a seasonal account which would allow me to suspend service for 6 months and not incur fees. To date no one at Leaders could give me any details on this offer. I was told that the salesrep is no longer there. (what a surprise) Every month there is a new fee on the account that is not mentioned in the contract.
