Beware of Talbots increasing their prices online! I have been a loyal customer for years. I have noticed that customer service in their stores has gone downhill. However, when I call about a problem they try to do the right thing. Recently I have noticed online sales claiming additional 25% off and it is the same price as previously. I overlooked this but today I placed pants in my cart and was completing the transaction when the website went down.
