My experience with this Budget Truck Rental dealer was terrible, terrible and terrible. The employee named GEBRMX (the name shows on the agreement) was rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable. There are three reasons I would like to elaborate： 1）My girlfriend reserved a truck online through Budget.com under her name on 04/29/2010. However I, was the only driver and who paid for the rental truck at the signing of the agreement on 05/02/2010. We did tell the dealer very clearly this point when we pick up the truck.
