I reported CHASE BANK on January 18, 2010 for not processing my payment which was made on their faulty broken website on January 12, 2010 to be processed by January 15, 2010. It was still not done by their incredibly inept staff, not even answered by their inept customer service department, and they tried to say I was late? Not!!
