I've been with USAA since I was a young soldier. Paid my bills on time. Used them for home owners insurance, credit card, banking the whole deal. Suddenly when I fall on hard times they treat me like scum. Just like that after 12 years of being a faithful customer, I fall on hard times and they treat me like dirt. It started off with being unemployed for 6 months. I paid them all I had in savings until the last 2 and a half months. I promised once I had employment I'd be right back on track.
