I had a Bank of America card for over a decade. When I canceled the account because the reward program didn't fit my need, no one asked me if there may be another card or program that may better meet my needs. When I called back to inquire about another card they had that had no annual fee, a young lady through the executive line informed me that all cards carried annual fees.
