I purchased a fairly expenseive TaskMaster Industrial Chair for Safeco Products . I had a situation where the back became damaged and need to replace the padded back. The chair was sent as an assembled kit. I would have assumed that if a part broke or became defective I would be able to get a replacement. This was not the case. In fact that don't have any replacement parts other then casters (which my chair does not have).
