I wish I read the reviews on this site before I bought from Sephora. They shipped my order (my birthday present to myself) minus my free Sephora birthday present, perks, or free samples and then didn't answer my emails to the help department. So I finally called and the "help" line rep basically said it must have been my fault and offered nothing in the way of help. Not even to ship the items at a later date. The perks and freebies were pretty much the only reason to order from sephora. They are pricey and the stuff is almost always readily available elsewhere. My advice...go elsewhere. They just don't care about their consumers. read full review »
