Ordered heated mattress pad. Control was numbered 1thruHI (approx 10) Had it on once to try. On HI for 3 hrs. Very little heat in center of pad only. Called company and was told to call mfg. for authorization to return. Did so and read off serial model # of pad/controller. Was told # of controller was incorrect cord for that pad. Authorized return by UPS. When it was received by the company I called for my refund. Received refund w/$30 deducted for "re-stocking fee" due to Health Laws of United States.
