My son had an appointment at Allcare Dental at 3pm on a Friday, May 14th. We did not leave until 7pm and the only thing that occured was that the office manager, John explained to us that before any work was done for my son, we must pay the full amount upfront. I was disappointed and asked him if this is the usual protocol? He stated, "yes that all of our customers pay before any work is completed".
