Received defective bulb ($109). Attempted to call but no response, customer service mailbox is full so unable to leave message, all 'operators' are apparently constantly busy - a joke. Don't be fooled by their seemingly legitimate website and high quality of customer service claims - it's all a sham. They are extremely quick to take your money but it ends there.
