I purchased an Air Card March 3rd, 2010. The Air Card stopped working March 17th, 2010. I wasn't able to get a refund because I didn't have the box. I couldn't exchange it because the Verizon reps at the Mall did not believe that the card was a problem. I returned consecutive times and one of those I went to the Apple Computer store, tested it with their computers. The card did not work. I returned with prove of this to the Verizon Reps and only then they exchanged my Air Card for a new one, which did not work... read full review »
