We had water damage due to our frig leaking. The repair guy showed up quickly and proceeded to saw out out hardwood floor, tear out all the trim before even stating what the extent of the damage was. He was in such a hurry to tear things out I ran out and stopped him. I asked him after he had ruined 1/2 the flooring (which is the real hardwood not the fake stuff and very expensive) what he was going to do and if all this was necessary.
