Customer service rep. called me on April 6th, 2010. She offered me International long distance call to Banglaadesh for 2.99 cents per minute; no connection fee, no activation charge, no rounding. I had to pay deposit of $38.95, which I will get back when I won't have their service anymore. But when I received the first bill, I saw they charged more than they supposed to do. Now I want to cancell the service and want my deposit back. But they said, it's not deposit, it's activation fee(which is a lie).They refused to give my money back. read full review »
