I had used Alltel for years and loved them until several months ago when they decided to close several towers in the Augusta GA area affecting my service to the point that I either had no service or my service was so bad I could only talk a few minutes. Alltel even tried on several occasions to reach me but couldn't. After a month of this I could wait no longer.
