Went to Subway presented a coupon for a free breakfast sub at Calgary, Alberta location and was told to use it next time. When asked for a manager i was told that the manager (Jay) was in a dance class and nothing could be done. Called Subway to put my complain and they did nothing. I was told that subway can refuse there own coupon. I was also denied a cookie when I presented them with Subways own cookie coupon that i got with my drink during a subway drink promo. My complaint was sent Jan 18, 2010. I am still waiting. read full review »
