Emerson microwaves are JUNK with a triple capital “J” … and I mean JUNK! Not even one month old, and the thing will not turn off. I’ve called Emerson a dozen times to complain and keep getting an answering service (no live person). I have the receipt, but it is past the 30 days (just a few), and the rotten company which carries this ROTTEN microwave told me I had to contact the vendor.
