We made a reservation on 4/26/2010 for a stay on 5/29/2010 and due to illness had to cancel the planned trip. On 5/26/2010, we called to cancel (3 days before the stay) and were told "you will not get back ANY of your $67.58 already charged to the credit card". We admit that we did not read all the fine print (never thought we would have to just to make a reservation which we have done many times in many years on the planet).
