I reside in Emporia Kansas. It is a small town that has encountered several setbacks. This is due to economical setbacks, limited merchandise availability and imcompentant and unprofessional employees. We have had a large distributor close just recently and I can't began to tell you how degrading the owner was. JCPenny's may follow her suit. The managers are rude!
