IC Systems Inc sent me a billing for my home Verizon account with a balance due of $69.43 - I checked my online account and saw that (as ususal) I still maintain a credit as I overpaid. The company (ICS) did not identify what the charges were for. I contacted Verizon - I have never owed $69.43. This smells of a scam for minor billings being sent out in mass. I suggest that if you get any billing from ICS you receive verification from whom they are collecting for.
