We have been billed every month for a specific amount. which have been up to date with a payment. They sent us a bill this month for about $1, 200. Because they made a mistake on how much they were charging us. what are the laws about this. they are the ones who made the mistake they should pay atleast half. maybe they will be carefull about over or under charging people.
