I have had cricket service for over 6 years and had very few problems until the last year when they outsourced their customer service. I called to change my service plan and after basically being harassed by the condescending person on the other side of the world I asked to speak to a manger and was put on hold for over 30 min. I called back and another condescending person made excuse after excuse as to why one person gave me one price and the other person gave me another price at $10.00 more per month.
