I have been trying to get a home modification with Chase home finance who hold my mortgage. The first time I started with the paper work, I mailed it in certify and did receive a returned notice stating that it was received. Three months and tons of phone calls later, I found out that my modification paper was just discarded in a pile of paper they call it " the miscellaneous pile".
