Don't trust DirecTV. everytime I have called in with a question or concern they have given me the run arround. I had called to get service in another room in my house and they charged me $50.00 to my credit card my bill came out and as I was reviewing my bill statement I was charged for the same $50 and to get a credit for the overage charge was so hard, the customer service reps they have working have no clue!!
